Provided is a protective device, having a touch pen functionality, for an earphone connector of a mobile terminal, the protective device comprising; a main body having a rod shape so as to allow insertion thereof into an earphone connector of a mobile terminal; a holder part formed at one end of the main body; and a conductive part connecting the other end of the main body with a part or the whole of the surface of the holder part so as to impart conductivity thereto. The protective device having a touch pen functionality for an earphone connector of a mobile terminal according to the present invention can prevent contamination of an earphone connector, and moreover can be used as a touch pen, preferably an electrostatic touch pen, and has additional benefits of minimizing the effects to the functionalities of the mobile terminal earphone connector itself and of being usable as an accessory.
