PURPOSE: A system for the thermal decomposition of synthetic polymer waste and a method thereof are provided to continuously process synthetic polymer waste while effectively disposing of the waste. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic polymer waste, recycled heavy oil, and recycled carbon compounds are input into a fixed amount input device(2). An extrusion dryer(3) dries the synthetic polymer waste, recycled heavy oil, and recycled carbon compounds. A liquid phase reactor(4) melts the synthetic polymer waste, recycled heavy oil, and recycled carbon compounds. A refining device(5) refines organic volatile compounds, halogenated hydrocarbons, and oil gas. A liquid storage(8) temporarily stores synthetic polymer compounds. A reflux reactor(10) converts the synthetic polymer compounds into an oil-gas state by thermal decomposition. A sublimation collecting reactor(11) passes the oil gas and gas with a high boiling point. An oil trap condenser(12) refines the oil gas and the gas with a high boiling point. |
