PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure A of an electronic unit which improves the waterproofness of a cable lead-in hole.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of an electronic unit includes a secondary case 25 which defines a housing part 40 where a first terminal is housed and has a cable lead-in hole 41 communicating with the housing part 40. A potting resin 43 filled in the housing part 40 fills a space between a cable 42 inserted into the cable lead-in hole 41 and led into the housing part 40 and the cable lead-in hole 41. The cable 42 includes a first coating body 46 coating a conductor 45 and formed by a first resin material (for example, polyethylene) and a second coating body 47 coating the first coating body 46. The second coating body 47 and the potting resin 43 are formed by a second resin material (for example, polyurethane) different from the first resin material.
