摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deciding the composition of blended coal for coke so that a composition condition suitable for manufacturing coke with desired strength is decided.SOLUTION: Multiple kinds of coke are manufactured from blended coal for investigation including multiple brands of coal. The coke strength of manufactured coke is measured. The respective maximum degrees of fluidity (MF) ddpm and the permeation distances mm of the multiple brands of coal included in the blended coal for investigation are measured. Based on the measured maximum degrees of fluidity and the permeation distances, a property parameter is calculated. Measured coke strength is defined as an objective variable. From the explanatory variables and objective variables including the calculated property parameter, a regression equation to predict the coke strength is formulated. Based on the formulated regression equation, the coke strength of the coke manufactured from later manufactured multiple brands of coal and the blended coal for prediction having a blend ratio of the brands is predicted. The blend ratio and brands blended in the blended coal for prediction are adjusted so that the predicted coke strength fall in a predetermined control area.
