PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength regardless of light weight, in an air filter frame allowing the replacement of an air filter.SOLUTION: In an air filter frame 11 surrounding the whole periphery of an air filter with removably connected corner members 21 and intermediate members 41, the corner members 21 and the intermediate members 41 are formed of a synthetic resin. The corner member 21 and the intermediate member 41 include: intermediate plate parts 22, 42 receiving the end face of the air filter; and restriction piece parts 23, 43 erected on the edges of the intermediate plate parts 22, 42, and holding the air filter on the intermediate plate part 22. Both ends of a connection direction between the intermediate plate parts 22, 42 and the restriction piece parts 23, 43 are formed with abutment parts 24, 25, 44, 45 face-contacting with each other in a connection state, and are formed with insertion pieces 26 and penetration holes 46a for connection. The inner side faces of the intermediate plate part 22 of the corner member 21 are formed with restriction projecting stripes 28 each having an abutment end face 28a abutting on the end face of the intermediate plate part 22 of the intermediate member 41 in the tip, thus increasing abutment parts and an abutment area. |
