PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring control system which reduces the number of alarms to be coped without suppressing an occurred alarm, and also can cope without depending on an experience of an operator.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring control device 100 includes: definition means (a pattern management unit 103) for previously registering an alarm pattern to associate a reception pattern of an alarm signal to be coped with an action to be executed in a storage unit (a pattern management database 104); determination means (a processing execution determination unit 106) for determining matching of a sequence of the alarm signal sequentially received from a controller 3 with the reception pattern defined by each alarm pattern; and action execution control means (a processing execution manager 105) which displays contents of the action associated with the matched reception pattern on a display device 107, and executes the action by an instruction of an operator. |
