Disclosed is a microfluidic system. The microfluidic system according to the present invention comprises: a fluid channel for the flow of a biological sample; and a plurality of hydrogels for capturing a predetermined amount of the biological sample. The hydrogels cause a volumetric variation when contacting the biological sample flowing along the fluid channel. Thus, a multi-item test using a hydrogel reaction chamber within a single microchannel can be performed. Further, problems in a multi-item test, such as signal interference between items being measured, can be overcome.
