PURPOSE: A task system using an intrinsic recognition code and a method thereof are provided to improve productivity by using a device recognizing the intrinsic recognition code. CONSTITUTION: A task order producing server (100) standardizes a task order and extra task know-how created during task performance to produce them (S100). An intrinsic recognition code about the task order or the task know-how is generated after obtaining information about them from the server (S200). The code is provided to a wireless terminal (300) of a worker (S300).
