PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of achieving a reduction in color unevenness of emission light.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer arranged on the substrate and including a light-emitting layer, and a wavelength conversion layer arranged on the semiconductor layer and containing phosphor particles. The light-emitting device also includes a reflection member arranged around the semiconductor layer on the substrate, and a light-shielding frame which has an opening and is arranged at the edge end of the semiconductor layer so that the wavelength conversion layer fills the opening on the semiconductor layer. |
