PURPOSE: A dust removal apparatus for a dust collector is provided to be able to prevent the blockage of a dust outlet port of a hopper, and to be able to improve the dust collection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A dust removal apparatus (10) for a dust collector comprises an air supply pipe (11), an air nozzle (12), a pulse valve (13), a compressed air storage tank (14), and a regulator (15). The air supply pipe is laterally penetrated and installed in the upper part of the inside of an inclined hopper (2). The air nozzle is branched from the air supply pipe and installed to be close to the inclined surface (2a) within the hopper in order to blow out the dust accumulated on the inner wall of the inclined hopper of the dust collector with the air pressure. The pulse valve sprays the compressed air to the air nozzle. The regulator sets up or controls the air pressure within the compressed air storage tank. |
