PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device with improved sealing characteristics.SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes: a substrate; an organic light-emitting unit that is located on the substrate and includes a laminate of a first electrode, an organic light-emitting film, and a second electrode stacked in this order; at least one organic film that is formed on the top of the substrate and the organic light-emitting unit; and at least one inorganic layer that is formed on the top or bottom of the organic layer on the top of the substrate and the organic light-emitting unit, and has a softening temperature. |
