PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type downlight, wherein a cutoff angle or the like can be varied by rearranging components, capable of mounting a large power consuming LED.SOLUTION: A plurality of downlight bodies 10 formed by mounting LED chips 11 having different power consumption on a mounting base 12 made of a good heat conductive material, and a plurality of cones 20 made of a good heat conductive material and being different on the total length are prepared in advance, and the downlight having desired characteristics can be formed by connecting the mounting base and the cones which are arbitrarily selected. An end of either of the mounting base and the cone can be inserted into the other end of either of the mounting base and the cone, and cooling efficiency of the LED chip 11 is improved by reducing thermal resistance between the mounting base and the cone while a large contact area is secured on a connection part by screwing both the mounting base and the cones at an inserted position. Thus, a dedicated heat radiation design becomes unnecessary even when using the large power consuming LED chip 11, and sharing of the components with the downlight using a low power consuming LED chip 11 can be attained. |
