PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable configuration of a focus detection device which has focus detection regions in vertical, horizontal, and oblique directions for an imaging surface of an imaging sensor and includes a photoelectric conversion device, though a detailed structure of the focus detection device has not been studied.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a first line sensor part where a plurality of pixels are arrayed along a first direction, a second line sensor part where a plurality of pixels are arrayed along a second direction, and a third line sensor part where a plurality of pixels are arrayed along a third direction. Each of the plurality of pixels includes a photoelectric conversion part and a transistor, the second direction is orthogonal to the first direction, the third direction is not orthogonal to the first and second directions, and a channel of the transistor is provided in the first or second direction. |
