PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound that is an acrylate compound capable of synthesizing a highly-refractive polymer and having a naphthalene skeleton, and further has a flame-retardant phosphorus atom in the skeleton.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a 2-disubstituted phosphoryl-1,4-bis(meth)acryloyloxynaphthalene compound; and a polymer composition containing the compound and a radical polymerization initiator.
