PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily detachable adhesive sheet, which is deformed into a cylindrical shape by heating to facilitate collection.SOLUTION: A self-rolling adhesive film 5 is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer 6 to one surface of a substrate film 1 composed of a laminate having the other surface being a surface composed of a thermal contraction film 2, in which the shear stress between the surface of the thermal contraction film side and the adhesive layer thereof is 240 g/mm2 or less. The thermal contraction film has a contraction percentage in a main contraction direction at a prescribed temperature of 70-180°C of 30-90%.
