PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rubber in a sprue part from being ruptured at a root part thereof and remaining in the sprue part when being removed from a mold.SOLUTION: A mold body is divided into a product forming area having a cavity for forming a rubber product, and a heater for heating and vulcanizing a rubber material in the cavity, and a rubber material supply area having a rubber supply flow passage including a cold runner part, a sprue part, a runner part and a gate part. A heat insulating plate suppressing a temperature rise of the rubber material in the sprue part, the runner part and the gate part is provided between the product forming area and the rubber material supply area. |
