Provided is an optical measuring device capable of measuring biological tissue without extended measurement time in a state in which the SN ratio is maintained. The optical measuring device (3) is provided with: an illumination controller (332a) for causing a light source unit (321) for measurement to emit and stop measurement light in alternating fashion, and for increasing the emission time, in which the light source unit (321) for measurement is caused to emit measurement light, to be greater than the stop time for stopping the measurement light to cause the light source unit (321) for measurement to emit measurement light, in the time interval from the start of measurement to the end of measurement by the optical measuring device (3); and a computation unit (332b) for carrying out computations for removing the detected intensity of light returned from observation light produced by an endoscope and reflected at biological tissue (S1), from the detected intensity of light returned from the measurement light detected by a first detector (325). |
