THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM OF BACTERIAL, FUNGAL CULTURE CHAMBER

Disclosed is a temperature control system of bacterial, fungal culture chamber, comprising a PLC control circuit, a chiller, two circulating fans, two electric heaters, a display and a control touch screen. The display and the control touch screen are connected to the PLC control circuit via a bus respectively. There are sensors located at the positions of the chiller and the electric heaters,respectively, and the output of each sensor is connected to the input of the PLC control circuit through analog input modules. The PLC control circuit includes a power supply control circuit, a circulating fan temperature control circuit, a chiller temperature control circuit, an alarm protection circuit and an input-output protective isolation circuit. The system has a simple structure, and the system is easy to operate and protect culture chambers from pollution; the power supply could be controlled and protected well enough to ensure the normal power supply; the system could alarm automatically, therefore it is easy to make a deal timely, and the alarm information could be spread to a remote place; and the system also could provide isolation protection to the input and output terminals to eliminate interference between the various devices.
