PURPOSE: A light emitting device receiving device, a light emitting device test device, and a light emitting device test handler are provided to improve the stability of a device by preventing the loss of a light emitting device caused by an external impact. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device receiving device (1) includes a receiving groove (21), a receiving member (2), a through hole (31), and a cover member (3). The receiving groove is included to receive a light emitting device. The receiving member supports the light emitting device. The light emitting device passes through the through hole. The cover member is movably combined with the receiving member. The cover member moves the through hole to a release position on the receiving groove while being supported by a cam member of the test device. |
