PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device which can efficiently perform punching processing, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: There is arranged a sheet reverse unit 170 which includes, between a branch point SP where a return path R3 of a sheet conveyance path R2 is branched and a sheet punching unit 190, a drive roller 171 conveying a sheet P to a sheet punching unit 190, and a driven roller 184 conveying the sheet P1 punched by the sheet punching unit 190 to a return path R3, and driven and rotatable with respect to the drive roller 171. When the subsequent sheet P2 to be punched next reaches the sheet reverse unit 170, the sheet P1 which has been punched by the sheet punching unit 190 is conveyed to the return path R3 by the driven roller 184 so that the sheet and a subsequent sheet P2 conveyed to the sheet punching unit 190 by the drive roller 171 may pass each other. |
