PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply improve prediction accuracy of weather.SOLUTION: A prediction system 10 has: a mobile terminal 20 and an electronic reference point 40 which receive electromagnetic waves emitted from a positioning satellite St; and a predictor 50. The mobile terminal 20 calculates water vapor content of water vapor existing on a propagation path of the received electromagnetic waves on the basis of delay time of the electromagnetic waves. In addition, the electronic reference point 40 calculates the water vapor content of the water vapor existing on the propagation path of the received electromagnetic waves on the basis of the delay time of the electromagnetic waves. The predictor 50 predicts weather at a position of the mobile terminal 20 on the basis of the water vapor content calculated by the mobile terminal 20 and the electronic reference point 40. Then, the mobile terminal 20 acquires the predicted weather from the predictor 50 to be presented to a user of the mobile terminal 20. |
