Provided are a cooling system of a hydraulic traveling machine, a cooling method of the cooling system and a hydraulic excavator. The cooling system of the hydraulic traveling machine comprises an engine cooling system (10) and a hydraulic oil cooling system (20) which are independently arranged. The engine cooling system (10) comprises an integrated radiator (30) for heat dissipation of an engine (11) and an engine fan (12) for cooling the integrated radiator (30). The hydraulic oil cooling system (20) comprises a hydraulic oil cooler (41) for heat dissipation of the hydraulic oil of a working system, and a hydraulic oil cooling fan (21) for cooling the hydraulic oil cooler (41). The cooling system of the hydraulic traveling machine solves the problem of excessively large areas of the single engine cooling fan and the single integrated radiator, saves system energy and reduces noise.
