A buffer sheet and glass transfer package facilitating a sucker to suck and take, the buffer sheet (2) on one hand comprising a substrate (21) and surface lines (22) protruding out of the substrate, and on the other hand comprising a suction area (23) and a non-suction area (24); the surface lines of the suction area (23) are of a closed-pore structure; and the whole or a part of the surface lines of the non-suction area (24) are of an open-pore structure for avoiding negative pressure. The liquid crystal glass transfer package adopts the buffer sheet (2) with the innovative structure. The buffer sheet and the glass transfer packet allow air to enter between the buffer sheet and the glass plate without affecting the suction capability of the sucker, thus solving the vacuum suction problem, better preventing the phenomenon of sheet adhesion and damage, and greatly saving sheet taking time.
