PURPOSE: A magnetic inductive power collecting apparatus and a power transfer apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the EMF generated from the lateral direction of a current collector and to decrease the influence of the EMF. CONSTITUTION: A current collector(300) includes a current collecting core(310), a current collecting cable(320a,320b), an attenuation cable(350a,350b), a current collecting circuit(330), and a battery(340). The current collecting core includes a current collecting protrusion. The current collecting cable is wound in the width direction of the current collecting core. The attenuation cable is positioned in the outside of the current collecting core. A feeder includes a power feed core(210), a feeder cable, and an input power source(230). The power feed core has a power feed main part and a power feed protrusion part.
