PURPOSE: An apparatus for coating a hot fix and a manufacturing method of the hot fix using the same is provided to prevent an adhesive from being stained with a coated surface of the hot fix by progressing a primer process and an adhesive process on a rear side of the hot fix before a painting process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for coating a hot fix comprises a mounting jig(40), a injecting nozzle(50), and right and left drive member(60). The mounting jig is laid in a conveyor(20) and transferred. An aluminum board in which multiple hot fixes are mold formed is installed at an upper side. Multiple injecting nozzles are installed at a spray distance on the aluminum board. The injecting nozzle forms a coating layer on the aluminum board by spraying a liquid paint. The right and left drive member supports the injecting nozzle and is moved back and forth in an orthogonal direction about a transferring direction of the mounting jig in order to uniformly coat with the liquid paint in an x, y mode on the aluminum board. |
