PURPOSE: A disc coupling method and a filler for coupling discs are provided to maintain the constant flow rate of discharged fluid by preventing a gap between discs, thereby reducing fraction defective. CONSTITUTION: A disc coupling method is as follows. Disc plates are manufacturing by a press process or a discharge process(S100). Oil and foreign materials stuck on the disc plates are removed(S200). While the disc plates passing through a preprocess are laminated, fillers are installed between the disc plates. The disc plates are stored in a vacuum chamber and are heated at high temperature to melt the fillers so that the disc plates can be attached to each other(S300). The attached disc plates are heated at low temperature(S400). After the heating process is completed, the disc plates is naturally cooled(S500).
