PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition is nontoxic to humans and resolves the problem of conventional natural pigment, like the non-existence of black color, and provides various kinds of colors. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition includes a compound having 3-6 recurring units represented by chemical formula 1, and melanin as an active ingredient. The molecular weight of the compound is 200-2,000 g/mol. Based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, 01-20 wt% of the compound and 0.01-20 wt% of the melanin are included. A cosmetic product has the cosmetic composition. |
