PURPOSE: A closed circuit television (CCTV) is provided to move the angle of a camera unit toward a site where a significant situation occurs and adjust the focus of the camera unit for photographing the scene. CONSTITUTION: An image display unit (200) displays an image photographed by a camera unit (100). The camera unit comprises a solar cell plate (50) for converting sunlight into electric energy, and an angle controller for changing the angle of the camera unit. If there is a change in a brightness value or a chromaticity coordinates value of a photographed image within a preset time period, a central control unit (300) adjusts the angle of the camera unit toward a site where the changes occur by a control of the camera unit and adjust the focus of the camera unit for photographing the scene.
