PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise while responding to a request of increase in the number of pixels of a solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device comprises: a pixel array in which a plurality of pixel units are arranged so as to configure a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns; and a plurality of processing units corresponding to the plurality of columns of the pixel array. Each of the plurality of pixel units has at least one photoelectric conversion element. Each of the plurality of processing units has: a first preceding stage capacitance holding a first signal including a noise component; a first latter stage capacitance arranged at a latter stage of the first preceding stage capacitance; a second preceding stage capacitance holding a second signal containing the noise component and a signal component depending on a light amount coming into the pixel unit; a second latter stage capacitance arranged at a latter stage of the second preceding stage capacitance; a first transfer section transferring the first signal from the first preceding stage capacitance to the first latter stage capacitance; and a second transfer section transferring the second signal from the second preceding stage capacitance to the second latter stage capacitance. The first transfer section and the second transfer section are different from each other with respect to a position in a direction parallel to a column direction of the pixel array. |
