PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging apparatus and an imaging apparatus, which can reduce deterioration of signal quality due to noise and can suppress an increase in a chip area.SOLUTION: In a solid state imaging apparatus, a first substrate and a second substrate, in which circuit elements constituting pixels are arranged, are electrically connected by a connection section. The pixel includes: a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements arranged on the first substrate; a plurality of amplifier circuits for outputting amplification signals obtained by amplifying signals which the photoelectric conversion elements generate; a plurality of signal storage circuits which are disposed on the second substrate, store the amplification signals, and correspond to the respective photoelectric conversion elements; and an output circuit which sequentially outputs the stored amplification signals as output signals from the pixel. N (N is integer of 2 or more)-pieces of photoelectric conversion elements which the pixel has are classified into any of one or more groups, and a pixel output node from which the plurality of amplification signals corresponding to the respective signals are outputted and the plurality of signal storage circuits arranged on the second substrate are electrically connected via one connection section. |
