PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure excellent filling of a gap, between a hole and a magnet, with a resin composition for fixing while enhancing heat dissipation.SOLUTION: The rotor includes a rotor core 110 provided with a hole 150, a magnet 120 inserted into the hole 150, and a fixing member 130 provided at a spacing part 140 of the hole 150 and the magnet 120. The fixing member 130 is composed of a thermosetting resin containing epoxy resin, a hardener, and a resin composition for fixing which contains an inorganic filler. When the maximum grain size of the inorganic filler is d1, and the width of the spacing part 140 of the hole 150 and the magnet 120 is W, the W/d1 is 1.2 or greater and 10 or less. |
