PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed system using sunlight as an energy source, wherein water supply from outside is not required or an extremely small amount of water supply is sufficient by returning water generated in a fuel cell to a device for decomposing water.SOLUTION: A system 1 of utilizing sunlight includes a water decomposing section 3 including a pair of electrodes, one of which supports a semiconductor photocatalyst, and an electrolytic solution to be decomposed by utilizing energy of sunlight with which the semiconductor photocatalyst is irradiated, and a fuel cell section 20 generating electricity by utilizing hydrogen generated in the water decomposing section 3, and further includes a generated water supply line 23 for supplying the generated water generated in the fuel cell section 20 to the water decomposing section 3. |
