摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a digital modulation wave and a high-accuracy analog modulation wave to be generated by a single unit.SOLUTION: A frequency-phase modulation unit 30 multiplies first waveform data of a first frequency Fa generated by a first waveform data generator 31 by a frequency-phase deviation Dv, sends the result after adding a second frequency Fb thereto to a second waveform data generator 34, and outputs frequency-phase modulation waves A' and B' whose frequency or phase is displaced in width of the frequency-phase deviation Dv centering around the second frequency Fb. An amplitude modulation unit 40 multiplies third waveform data of a third frequency Fc generated by a third waveform data generator 41 by a modulation factor Dp, and adds a fixed value 1 corresponding to a carrier amplitude to the result to generate an amplitude modulation signal E which is output then. A modulation signal combining unit 50, which is composed to perform complex multiplication between output of a baseband signal generation unit 23 and output of the frequency-phase modulation unit 30 and multiply output thereof by output of the amplitude modulation unit 40, outputs a modulation signal corresponding to a specified modulation mode to an orthogonal modulation unit 60.
