PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viewing angle control film superior in productivity, a window material using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A viewing angle control film 100 includes: a light-transmissive resin substrate 1; a first light shielding layer 21 formed on a first surface of the resin substrate 1 and having a cross-sectional shape of wedges arranged at a pitch P1; and a second light shielding layer 22 formed on a second surface of the resin substrate 1 and having a cross-sectional shape of wedges arranged at a pitch P2. Ratios H1/P1 and H2/P2 of heights H1 and H2 of the light shielding layers to the pitches P1 and P2 can be reduced to improve productivity. |
