PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a following range of exposure when a moving image is photographed at high speed.SOLUTION: When signals of respective pixels are read in a line unit by a rolling shutter system, a plurality of lines being reading objects of pixel signals on generation of a frame image are periodically switched in a frame unit. Thus, the pixel signals are outputted from pixels in respective lines at a period longer than a frame period. A moving image can be photographed at a high speed frame rate by thinning and reading the pixel signals, and at the same time, time similar to a case where the pixel signals are not thinned and read is secured as maximum exposure time (Exp-time(Max)) which can be set. |
