PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform masking only within a predetermined range of an inner face of a pipe member in simple and inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: An inner face masking method for a pipe member includes a masking step A, a removal step B and a cleaning step C. In the masking step A, a solid paraffin 8 (masking agent) which is dissolved by heating fat that is solidified at ordinary temperatures flows within a masking range M of an inner face of a chamber pipe 1 (pipe member) and then, masking is performed within the masking range M by solidifying the solid paraffin 8. In the removal step B, the solid paraffin 8 that is solidified is dissolved and removed from the masking range M by heating the chamber pipe 1 from an outer face after a processing step of the inner face of the chamber pipe 1 is completed. In the cleaning step C, a residual component of the solid paraffin 8 deposited on the inner face of the chamber pipe 1 is cleaned. |
