PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle tire that can suppress heat sagging of a tread part while maintaining turning performance and the tire life.SOLUTION: A tread part 2 includes inner inclined main grooves 10 each having a starting edge in a region within 5% of a tread development half-width TWh from a tire equator C and extending inclining at an angle &thetas;1 of 0-20°. First and second inner inclined main grooves 10A, 10B are alternately provided in the circumferential direction of a tire, and each tire circumferential length is 70-85% of an arrangement pitch P. A region between the adjacent inner inclined main grooves 10, 10 includes an inclined narrow groove 11 with a groove width of 0.5-2.0 mm. The inclined narrow groove 11 has an inner end 11i in a region within 10% of the tread development half-width TWh from the tire equator C and extends to an outer end 11o while inclining at an angle larger than the angle of the inner inclined main groove 10. The outer end 11o of the inclined narrow groove 11 is located on the outside of a straight advancing time tread S1. A land ratio Rc of the straight advancing time tread S1 is 85-95%. |
