PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a plurality of memory banks, in which an increase in the number of sense amplifiers activated simultaneously is suppressed while not increasing a chip area.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises: memory banks Bank0 to Bank3; data amplifiers DAMP that read plural pieces of read data from any of the memory banks Bank0 to Bank3 in response to a read command; and an output circuit 63 that intermittently outputs the plural pieces of read data to the outside in synchronization with a clock signal CLKI. According to the invention, a time margin is generated for reading the read data from the memory banks since the plural pieces of read data is outputted intermittently. Thus, access to the memory banks can be performed, for example, while being divided into plural times, thereby preventing increases in peak current quantity and power source noise without increasing the chip area. |
