摘要 <p>Provided is a method for rapidly amplifying nucleic acids within a flow channel. Specifically provided is a nucleic acid amplification method for inducing a PCR reaction by supplying a PCR sample solution to a nucleic acid amplification device having a meandering flow channel in which it is possible to complete at least one PCR cycle, said method being characterized in that: the nucleic acid amplification device has one DNA denaturation temperature zone corresponding to the curved portions on one side, an annealing temperature zone corresponding to the curved portions on the other side, and an extension temperature zone between the annealing temperature zone and the DNA denaturation temperature zone; and the PCR sample solution is fed by a pump into the meandering flow channel in the form of sample plugs separated by a gas, and is supplied into the meandering flow channel in a state such that the gas separates the PCR sample solution into segments corresponding to one PCR cycle or into smaller segments.</p>
