<p>A glyceride composition comprises at least 75% by weight triglycerides and from 5 to 25% by weight diglycerides based on the total weight of the composition, wherein the glyceride composition comprises at least 65% by weight of oleic acid and from 10 to 20% by weight of palmitic acid based on the total C12 to C20 fatty acids present in the glycerides, said oleic acid and palmitic acid being present as acyl groups in mono-, di- and/or tri- glycerides.</p>
