The terminal clamp assembly (40) has a terminal clamp (50) and a threaded bolt (56). The bolt is connected to terminal clamp over an insulating component (54) so that the bolt is fixed in insulating component. The bolt is provided with rib which is fixed at insulating component. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for attaching insulating component to bolt; and (2) a method for equipping terminal clamp with bolt.
