PURPOSE: A milling method of carbon, silicon, and silicon carbide-based materials is provided to minimize the pollution of raw material powder by using a vessel and balls manufactured by a reaction-bonded sintering process using silicon carbide. CONSTITUTION: A milling method of carbon, silicon, and silicon carbide-based materials includes the following steps: a vessel and balls are prepared by a reaction-bonded sintering process using silicon carbide; and powder based on one or more of carbon, silicon, or silicon carbide is milled. The ratio of the balls and the powder is 1:1 to 50:1. The speed of the milling operation is in a range between 100 and 680 rpm. Times needed for the milling operation is 1 to 72 hours. |
