The present invention relates to a tripartite hybrid beam, including: a pair of web plates spaced apart from each other so as to serve as the side plates of a composite beam, wherein the web plates have an upper flange, the upper end of which is bent horizontally inward or outward, and a lower side bent portion, the lower end of which is bent inward and upward so as to form a lower side groove; and a lower plate, both ends of which are coupled to the lower sides of the lower side bent portion, respectively, by welding said ends to the lower sides of the web plates so as to form the bottom plate of the composite beam, as well as to a method for manufacturing same. According to the present invention, the cross-section of the hybrid beam consists of the pair of web plates and the lower plate, i.e. three parts, and thus the outer width of the beam can be manufactured consistently and as desired even by cold forming.
