PURPOSE: An electronic pen is provided to indicate letters and drawings with desired color and thickness of a user on a display device such as an electronic blackboard having a touch screen and to simply erase the letters and drawings indicated on the display device. CONSTITUTION: A function key selection unit generates a function key signal which is selected according to the operation of a user. A controller produces display information which includes information of a function key according to the function key signal and controls the produced display information to be transmitted to a display device. A local communications unit transmits the display information to the display device according to the control of the controller.
