PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to increase the refrigerant circulating amount of a system and to improve cooling/heating properties as the refrigerant of middle pressure is injected by a compressor. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a condenser (20), an injection flow path (80), a refrigerant cycle, and a control unit. The condenser condenses the refrigerant compressed in a compressor (10). The injection flow path bypasses a part of the refrigerant discharged from the condenser and injects the same to the compressor. The refrigerant cycle is equipped with an evaporator (70) evaporating the refrigerant expanded in an expanding device among the refrigerant discharged from the condenser. The control unit can control the amount of the refrigerant in the refrigerant cycle. An injection flow control unit (85) is equipped on the injection flow path to control the amount of the injected refrigerant. The control unit controls the injection flow control unit based on the injection overheated degree in the injection flow path. |
