PURPOSE: A liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel supplying system with a partition wall for separating heavier hydrocarbon is provided to remove heavier hydrocarbon component, and to easily supply LNG fuel by installing a partition wall. CONSTITUTION: An LNG fuel supplying system with a partition wall for separating heavier hydrocarbon includes a storage tank (100), a fuel supplying line (200), a fuel generating unit (500), and a liquid returning line (400). The storage tank stores LNG therein, and has partition wall (110) installed therein. The fuel supplying line guides the LNG in the storage tank to a main engine. The fuel generating unit installed on the fuel supplying line, and includes a gas-liquid separator (300). The liquid returning line returns the liquid in the gas-liquid separator to the storage tank.
