PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-treatment device capable of preventing a failure of stacking and dropping off of a paper and enhancing the aligning accuracy even when the paper with a large friction coefficient and the paper with large curl are delivered, and an image forming device provided with the paper post-treatment device. SOLUTION: The post-treatment device 200 includes: a conveying means for conveying the paper output from the image forming device 100; delivered paper guide plates 240, 243 for delivering the paper to the outside of a box body; and a stacking tray 502 for stacking the delivered paper.
