PURPOSE: An online remote pet management system and a method thereof enable a user device to monitor the user's pet in a care center and to select feeding or additional service options to give the pet feeds or additional services. CONSTITUTION: Using his/her user device (300), a user joins a web site provided by a server (400). The user provides his/her personal information and his/her pet's care center identification code to the web site. The user asks a manager device (200) to take pictures of his/her pet corresponding to the identification code on the web site. The manager device takes picture's the pet using a photographing device (100). Using his/her device, the user watches the pictures on the web site. In order to feed the pet at the request of the manager device, a feed supply unit (123) is mounted on a moving cart.
