<p>PURPOSE: A high-frequency hardening apparatus for hardening the inner diameter of joggling is provided to prevent the back flow phenomenon of coolant and to omit the reprocess for removing the hardened part, which is discolored with black by heating for a long time, according to sufficiently performing the cooling performance at the outside. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency hardening apparatus for hardening the inner diameter of joggling includes a pair of coil leads(10), an insulation plate(20), a coolant line(25), a coil head, and a cooling jacket(70). The pair of coil leads is connected to the current transformer of the high frequency generator and faces each other. The insulation plate is inserted between the pair of coil leads. The cooling water line is positioned at the side of the pair of coil leads. The coil head is connected to the cooling water line, and the high frequency coil, which is inserted into the inner diameter of joggling, is provided at the end portion of the coil head. The cooling jacket surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the joggling.</p> |
