摘要 PURPOSE: A method using near infrared spectroscopy for simultaneously measuring the individual content of theanine, gava, and glutamic acid of green tea is provided to measure the individual content of theanine, gava, and glutamic acid of green tea which are effective for a tea plant breeding program simultaneously and accurately in a short time with a simple method by applying the near infrared spectroscopy. CONSTITUTION: A method using near infrared spectroscopy for simultaneously measuring the individual content of theanine, gava, and glutamic acid of green tea is as follows. Near-infrared rays are irradiated to a green tea powdered sample so that visible-near infrared absorption spectra related to the theanine, the gava, and the glutamic acid of the green tea is measured. The measured visible-near infrared absorption spectra related to the theanine, the gava, and the glutamic acid of the green tea are sorted into a visible-near infrared absorption spectrum for correcting the measurement of the content of the theanine, the gava, and the glutamic acid and a visible-near infrared absorption spectrum for verification. A far-infrared spectrum of the sorted visible-near infrared absorption spectrum for correction and a derived function thereof are obtained and a statistical analysis is performed so that each measuring formula of the theanine, the gava, and the glutamic acid is developed. The suitability of the corrected and cross-verified measuring formulas is verified after correcting and cross-verifying the measuring formulas by using the visible-near infrared absorption spectrum for correction so that an optimal measuring formula is selected.
